Reservation / Cancellation Policy:
Reservation Procedure:
In order to make a party rental reservation we must receive 50 percent of
total due at time of reservation. Two weeks prior to the party the balance will be
charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are previously approved by
management.We do require a signed reservation contract acknowledging
cancellation policy and payment at the time reservation is made.
Cancellation Policy:
Party Rental Cancellation policy is if anything is cancelled within 2 weeks of
delivery date there is a 50 percent Charge on what is cancelled.
Rain Date policy is if your party is postponed due to rain we can reschedule
your party given that the items you need are available for that date, if not we
will find another date or issue store credit.
Once an item has been delivered or an item is picked up it cannot be
cancelled. Under any circumstances.
Returned check fee:
There is a $25.00 returned check fee payable in cash only on any returned
check. This is of course is in addition to the balance owed by the returned check.
Repickup fee, Redeliver fee:
What this means is that if we have to redeliver or repickup something because
of something on the customer's part i.e. wrong measurements, gate locked, tent
area not specified, left 2 chairs inside, forgot to move lawn furniture out of
the way, landscaper's late, etc.... there will be an additional delivery/pickup
fee added to the rental contract.(The customer does not have to be home for
delivery or pickup, we just ask that you roughly mark out the area where the tent is
to be setup)
Table and Chair installation:
Table and Chair installation is available if purchased at time of Reservation.
The fees are $1.00 per table setup/takedown and $0.50 per Chair install/takedown.
If you have not ordered the table and chair installation they will be left
folded and stacked under the tent unless otherwise specified .This is how we must
receive them back. If upon pickup you have not returned the tables and chairs
back to the way you received them you will be charged this fee. To make it simple
we want to get the rented items back the same way we left them.
Equipment failure:
Customer agrees to discontinue immediately the attempt to use the rented
item(s) should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair and will
immediately (one hour or less) notify the dealer of the facts (if you get answer
machine leave message). If the problem is on an electrical item try removing the
extension cord. Most of the time this is the problem. To make it simple don't tell
us you had a problem after the party is over and there is nothing we can do
about it.We need to know immediately.
