Reservation Procedure

To make a rental reservation, we must receive 50% of the total due. Two weeks prior to the rental date, the balance will be charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are previously approved by management.

We also require a signed reservation contract acknowledging the cancellation policy and payment at the time you make your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation or any items ordered within two weeks of the scheduled delivery date, there is a 50% charge on whatever you cancel.

Rain Date Policy

If your rental needs to be postponed due to rain, we can reschedule your rental items provided that the items you need are available for the new date you choose. If not, we will find another date or issue store credit.

Returned Check Fee Policy

There is a $25.00 returned check fee payable in cash only on any returned check. This is, of course, in addition to the balance owed on the returned check.

Re-pickup or Re-delivery Fee Policy

What this means is, if we have to re-deliver or re-pickup something because of a customer error, i.e. wrong measurements, gate locked, tent area not specified, left two chairs inside, forgot to move lawn furniture out of the way, landscaper is late, etc., there will be an additional delivery/pickup  fee added to the rental contract.

Note: You do not have to be home for delivery or pickup; we just ask that you roughly mark out the area where the tent is to be setup or other items placed.
